You can place an order on our store by using the online checkout process. It is simple step by step checkout. You will receive confirmation email once your order is placed.
Typically it takes 2-15 days depending on from where the item has been shipped. We use both our US and Chinese warehouses for shipments. From Chinese warehouses the delivery can take 12-20 days time, while from US warehouse (amazon fulfilment warehouses) the delivery takes 2-14 days.
Yes we do offer free returns for products which are shipped from our US warehouses. For products shipped from Chinese warehouses unfortunately the buyer has to pay the return shipping cost. More details can be found regarding free return eligibility on ours returns and refund policy pages.
We use state of the art security in transferring and saving your data. Our store is hosted by Shopify which has best ecommerce security.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. Same information will also be passed to our concerned warehouse for shipping. All shipments are done within 24 hours of order placement.
You can check your invoice online on our store and you will also receive a digital copy of your invoice via email. Packages normally dont have invoices in them.
You can request for cancellation of your order within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours have passed, it will be hard to cancel as the shipment has left our warehouse. You can request cancellation by contacting us via contact form provided on the site or via direct email.
As soon as we get your product back in our warehouse and it is inspected, our finance team will release your refund. refund will be sent to same payment method used during order placement.
You can request for a return by contacting our support team via direct email or contact us form available on the site. Please make sure to include your order id in your request.
Certain products are eligible for express shipping (express shipping needs additional cost), and can be delivered within 2-4 days.
